Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your Google Business Profile link is confirmed, your products are personalised and dispatched.

Orders of $60 or more ship free. Smaller orders are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

If you add Review Product Refills to a plan, fresh cards, plates, and stands ship automatically on your chosen schedule using the same processing and delivery times above. You can change or pause refills anytime from your dashboard.

We ship to most countries. International delivery times and any customs duties vary by destination and are the recipient's responsibility.
