We collect the information you give us when you place an order, subscribe, or contact us — such as your name, email, billing and shipping details, and any business or Google Business Profile link you share. For subscribers we also keep your plan, billing history, and dashboard activity. We collect basic analytics about how our site is used.

We use your information to fulfil orders, ship products, provide our subscription services and support, link your Google Business Profile, process recurring payments, send receipts and renewal notices and, where you opt in, occasional growth tips. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments and recurring subscription billing are processed securely by our payment provider, Social Empire Pay. Your card details are tokenised and handled by the provider — we never store full card numbers on our servers. We keep billing records such as plan, amount, and payment status to manage your subscription and for accounting.

We share data only with the providers that help us run the service — such as our payment provider, shipping partners, Google (to connect your Business Profile), and analytics tools — and only as needed to deliver what you've asked for. We don't sell your data or share it for others' advertising.

We use cookies together with third-party analytics and customer-engagement tools — including Google Analytics — to understand site usage, improve performance, and support our communications. These tools may set cookies and collect usage data such as pages visited and approximate location. Where required, we ask for your consent; you can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We keep your account and subscription data while your plan is active and for a reasonable period afterward, then delete or anonymise it — except records we're required to keep for accounting, tax, or legal reasons.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing us. We retain order and billing records as required for accounting and legal purposes.
