Digital Products — No Refunds

All digital products sold on RankLocally.com are final sale and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Digital downloads

  • Software, tools, or access-based products

  • Any product delivered electronically

Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

Physical Products — 7-Day Refund Policy

For physical products (including Google Review Cards):

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your physical order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Digital products

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery

  • Items returned used, damaged, or without original packaging

  • Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
